Rachel received a Bachelor of Art in Psychology (2018) from Agnes Scott College in Atlanta, Georgia, and earned a Master of Art in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. She is passionate about providing quality, accessible mental healthcare to all people, and strives to approach clients’ issues from a holistic and multicultural viewpoint. They are an LAPC currently under supervision with an LPC. Rachel has experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, trauma, and LGBTQ+ issues.

I love my job. My favorite part is connecting with kids and teens one-on-one. I see clients as young as two and as old as 16 in my practice. My goal is to listen, support, and nurture growth. Some areas I have experience with are anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral challenges, feeling overwhelmed, family changes, OCD, and gender and sexuality issues. As a mom of four I understand that caregivers need support too, so I am glad to meet with families at any time.
